Welcome to our Computer Services Area! Below you will find a listing of various services we offer. We price our services based on a flat-fee structure that, in the long run, saves you money while allowing us to take the time that is necessary to repair your computer the right way the first time.

Computer Setup |
Complete computer setup including all peripherals (monitors, printers, etc.) software, and connection to the internet. We also update all system components to the latest versions and help you customize your system the way you want it. We will also install any software and hardware that you purchase along with the computer as well. |
Computer Maintenance |
Computer Maintenance is very important. Every computer should have a maintenance every 4-6 months. Includes cleaning up junk files/temporary files, removing outdated registry entries, removing old or out-of-date software, upgrading software packages, installing latest Windows and Office updates, comprehensive malware scan, and a host of other system enhancing functions. |

If you know you are infected or we find you are infected through your computer maintenance, we will fully disinfect your system of malware (viruses, Trojans, browser hijackers, e-mail worms, etc.) along with repairing any damage the malware may have caused. We will then repair all of your settings the malware changed, fully update and patch your system, and perform any other necessary function to repair your system after disinfections. If you believe you are infected, limit the use of your system until we can repair it. The longer you run an infected machine, the more damage the malware causes. (Disinfections do not come with a guarantee due to the nature of computer malware) |

Networking Services
Our Networking Services mainly consist of installation, troubleshooting and adding additional components to your wireless network. We also offer wired network setup and maintenance as well. We do it all for you including encryption and connecting any components you have to your network.
Wireless Network Setup |
Includes full setup of computers, router/modem/access point, and includes full encryption. We will make sure the network is up and running and you are online in no time. |
Wireless Network Add-on |
Add an additional device to your existing wireless network. Could include a print server, USB device, game console such as WII, or any other device that can access your connection. |
Wireless Network Support |
Troubleshoot existing wireless network to find any connection issues you may be experiencing. We will discuss repair options and if you wish, we will repair the connection and have you back online. |
Wired Network Setup |
Setup a wired network. Computers must be in the same room or very close for this to work. We recommend a wireless network for most situations. |
Wired Network Support |
If you are having issues with an existing wired network, we will troubleshoot to find the issue and discuss repair options with you. Most issues are usually fixed immediately. |
Data Services
Our Data Services include Data Backup, Restore, Transfer and anything in between. We do not provide the hardware or online storage however, we will assist you in purchasing the correct amount of storage you will need. Data Transfer between Windows XP and Vista or 7 is a very popular service as we are able to transfer all of you pictures, videos, music, data files, user accounts, settings, etc. from your old computer to the new. This is a very helpful service as it would take the average user days to transfer data using older methods such as CD's, DVD's or flash drive devices.
Data Backup |
Complete system backup including the Windows Registry (a vital portion of the operating system). Backup includes backing up any financial software, documents, photos, media, etc. This backup is limited to the size of two DVD's if you have a DVD burner. If not, we will have to look at other options such as online storage or purchasing an external hard drive for backup and additional storage space. |
Data Transfer |
Transfer all data between any two systems (XP, Vista and 7 only). Unlimited transfer between one computer to the next. Includes transfer of settings, user profiles, documents, backup files, photos, music, videos, and internet bookmarks. (There is not a legal way to transfer actual Programs from one computer to the other. However, most software companies will provide you with an additional license if you explain what you are doing or provide you with the download to the software and enter the license number in to validate the new install.) This service is great if you are buying a new computer or using two computers without a network. |
Data Recovery |
Will install your backup data files for a program restore or for a complete data recovery for your system. We will use a backup either you or CIRJ made to recovery the system. (NOTE: A backup must be available for this service) |
Internet Research Projects and other . . .
We currently provide internet research for small businesses and individuals who need it. We do not currently have a written formal description as each research project is different.
For a research project, you provide us with the information you are looking for or a topic to research with parameters. We will discuss in length exactly what you need and how you would like us to provide you with the results. Popular formats included: a written report in MS Word (or PDF), Spreadsheet, Database, or a presentation using PowerPoint by MS.
This service is fully customizable to your preferences and requirements. Pricing of this service will be based on the least expensive of either hourly charge or flat-fee structure.
